Website security is very important because it helps protect my website, my users, and their information. If a website is not secure, hackers could get access to accounts, change information, or damage the website.

3 Ways to Protect My Website

1. Use Strong Passwords

I would use strong and unique passwords for every account. Strong passwords make it harder for someone to guess or break into an account.

2. Keep WordPress Updated

I would keep WordPress, themes, and plugins updated. Updates can fix security problems and help keep my website safe.

3. Use SSL and Security Plugins

I would use an SSL certificate so my website uses HTTPS. I would also use security plugins to help protect my website from suspicious activity and unauthorized logins.

My Website Users

I would have five different types of users on my website.

Administrator: This would be me. I would have full control of the website, including managing users, plugins, settings, and content.

Editor: The editor could create, edit, publish, and manage posts and pages. This person would help manage the website’s content.

Author: The author could write, edit, and publish their own posts. They would not manage other users or website settings.

Contributor: The contributor could write and edit their own posts but would not be able to publish them. An editor or administrator would review their work first.

Subscriber: The subscriber would have the least amount of access. They could log in and manage their own profile but would not be able to change website content.
